This is not a workout. It’s recovery, done properly. After the Battle is a short, restorative Obsidian stretch session designed to help you move again without pressure, guilt, or intensity. Expect gentle, breath-led movement, clear coaching cues, and a calm, intentional space to reconnect with your body after the festive period. 🖤 All levels welcome 🌹 Live on Zoom + replay included 🖤 Wear Noir & Rose if you have it, or come as you are Movement with meaning: £3 from every ticket will be donated to Refuge via Work for Good supporting women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

Cancellation Policy
By booking this session, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment All classes must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your space is confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited to maintain a calm, intentional experience. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the digital nature of this session and limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend live, a replay will be provided to all registered participants. Transfers Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance. Please contact us if exceptional circumstances arise. Live Session Access The session will be hosted live on Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent prior to the class. Please ensure you join on time, as late entry may disrupt the experience. Replay Access A replay will be sent after the session to registered participants only. Replay access is provided for personal use and must not be shared or redistributed. Health & Responsibility You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying movements as needed. This session is gentle and suitable for all levels, but participation is at your own discretion. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult a healthcare professional before taking part.
