We hope you love your Noir & Rose armour. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

 

CHANGING YOUR MIND

For online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. 

​

Items should be returned unworn, other than being tried on as you would in a shop, and with original tags attached. We may reduce a refund where handling has reduced the value of the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

RETURN POSTAGE

​

Unless an item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

REFUNDS

​

Once your return has been received, eligible refunds will be made to your original payment method. Where your statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the required timeframe and include the cost of our standard delivery option where applicable. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact info@noirandrose.net as soon as possible with your order details.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. UK consumer law provides separate remedies where goods are faulty or do not meet the required standards.
