By placing an order with Noir & Rose, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and information shown on our website are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. As many Noir & Rose pieces feature specialist details, finishes or embellishments, minor variations may also occur.

Please refer to the individual product page for available sizes, materials, care information and other product-specific details.

PRICING

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Please check the information you provide at checkout carefully, including your delivery address and contact details.

PRE-ORDERS

Some Noir & Rose products may be offered for pre-order before they are ready for dispatch.

Estimated dispatch dates or timescales will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you separately. These are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant change affects your pre-order, we will contact you with an update.

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the items may be dispatched together unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Your rights to cancel an online order and return eligible products are explained on our Returns page.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Products should be returned in accordance with our Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Where you are entitled to a refund, it will be made to your original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns policy.

If you selected a delivery method that cost more than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost when you exercise the statutory cancellation right.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact info@noirandrose.net with your order details.

Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from any change-of-mind returns policy and are not affected by these terms.

GIFT CARDS

Noir & Rose digital gift cards, known as The Armoury Credit, can be redeemed against eligible purchases through our website.

The Armoury Credit has no expiry date and may be used across more than one transaction where a balance remains, subject to the functionality available through our website.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable for cash except where required by law.

If an order paid for using The Armoury Credit is refunded, the applicable amount may be returned as gift card credit in accordance with the payment method and our refund process.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Noir & Rose may offer promotional or affiliate discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. Any specific conditions or expiry dates will be communicated with the relevant promotion.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders that have already been accepted.

WEBSITE USE

You may use the Noir & Rose website for personal, lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious material, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Noir & Rose or another person.

We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Noir & Rose name, branding, logos, product names, original designs, website content, photography, graphics and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Noir & Rose Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit or use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Where photography or other creative work is credited to a third party, the relevant rights remain with that rights holder.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted and your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Noir & Rose products purchased for personal use are supplied for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sometimes an event outside our reasonable control may delay or prevent us from fulfilling an order, for example disruption to transport, postal or courier services, manufacturing or supply chains, customs, severe weather or other events we could not reasonably prevent.

If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where appropriate. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.

The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live.
