    Pre-Orders

    • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached

    • Due to hygiene reasons, sports bras and jumpsuits must be tried on over underwear

    Faulty Items

    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


    FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS


    If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noirandrose.net including:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs of the issue


    If the fault is confirmed; we will offer:

    • A replacement (subject to availability) or

    • A refund where a replacement is not possible


    This does not affect your statutory rights.
